Dr. Biswas, who served as the Past District Chairman (2022–23) of Inner Wheel District 345, Bangladesh, and the Charter President of Inner Wheel Club of Comilla, has been recognized for her outstanding dedication and humanitarian service beyond the Inner Wheel community.

Her tireless efforts in various social and community development activities have brought great honor not only to Inner Wheel Bangladesh but also to the entire Heart Care Foundation family.
