Educating people about heart disease, stroke, and cardiovascular risk factors.
Building Healthier Communities,
One Heart at a Time
At Heart Care Foundation Comilla, Bangladesh, we believe that a healthier community begins with a healthier heart. As a non-profit, voluntary organization, we work to raise awareness of cardiovascular diseases, promote prevention, and encourage people to make informed decisions about their heart health.
Our community is at the heart of everything we do. Through public awareness campaigns, health education, community engagement, and collaborative initiatives, we strive to make heart health a shared responsibility and help people live longer, healthier, and more active lives.
Cardiovascular diseases and stroke affect individuals, families, and communities. Many of these conditions can be prevented or managed through early detection, awareness, healthy lifestyle choices, and appropriate medical care.
We aim to bring essential heart health messages closer to people, particularly those in underserved and rural communities, where access to health information and preventive services may be limited.

Mobilizing communities to make cardiovascular health a priority through awareness events and public participation.
Working with volunteers, healthcare professionals, social organizations, educational institutions, clubs, and media to expand the reach of heart health initiatives.

World Heart Day is one of our key community engagement initiatives. Since 2004, Heart Care Foundation Comilla has observed World Heart Day to raise awareness about cardiovascular diseases and encourage collective action for heart health.
Through awareness rallies, educational activities, community events, sports initiatives, and collaborative programmes, we seek to inspire people to move more, adopt healthier habits, understand their cardiovascular risks, and protect their hearts.
Every heartbeat matters, and every community can play a role in preventing heart disease.
Lasting change requires collective effort. We value the contributions of volunteers, healthcare professionals, community leaders, partner organizations, educational institutions, journalists, and individuals who support our mission.
By building strong community partnerships, sharing reliable health information, and encouraging preventive action, we aim to create a culture in which heart health receives the attention it deserves.
You can help make a difference by participating in awareness programmes, sharing trusted heart health information, supporting community initiatives, or volunteering your time and skills.
Together, we can raise awareness, encourage prevention, and help build a future where more people have the opportunity to enjoy a longer, healthier, and more active life.
